What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you pay for your dental work in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks.

For example:

If your treatment is priced $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your treatment straight away.

How to use Afterpay

  • Book your appointment with us by calling us
  • Download the Afterpay App on your phone and sign up. It takes only couple of minutes to signup.
  • Before you visit us – Check your spend limit by pressing the barcode icon in your Afterpay App
  • After your visit – Generate a barcode for our friendly staff to scan
  • Afterpay will debit your first fortnightly payment from your nominated card
  • Once approved, your payment schedule will be displayed in your App
All you need is:
  1. An Australian Debit or Credit Card
  2. To be over 18 years of age
  3. To live in Australia

Other Things To Note

The funds for the first fortnightly payment will need to be available at the time of your visit. Your available spend limit will vary depending on whether you are a new or an existing Afterpay customer and depending on the orders you have pending. Please ensure to check your spend limit prior to the appointment by selecting the barcode icon on your Afterpay App.

*If you fail to make a payment on time, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid. Afterpay will not charge any further fees or interest.

Once you have answered all fields, if a signature is required, you must sign your signature electronically using your mouse or fingers in the box provided.

If you are still unable to complete the form, you can fill out the form on paper at the clinic before your appointment.
